TIPS & TRICKS
These quick how-to videos cover the most commonly overlooked tasks. They're here to help you finish strong and leave your space in great shape.
Painting Your Unit
Paint must be purchased at the local Sherwin Williams store: 1817 Northside Dr E, Statesboro, GA 30458.
Wall Paint
Product: Painters Edge Flat
Color: Monarch 301 Walls
Trim Paint
Product: ProMar 400 Semi Gloss
Color: Monarch 301 Trim
IMPORTANT:
Walls must be returned to their original condition to avoid charges.
Use a roller when painting—brush-only application may result in uneven texture or spotting, which could still result in repainting charges.
Upholstery Cleaning
Upholstery cleaning is required if any resident in the unit had a cat or dog, and recommended for all residents to help avoid cleaning charges at move-out.
Required by Lease:
Resident must employ a professional upholstery company to clean furniture where there was an animal in the unit; receipt of professional cleaning must presented to avoid being charged.
Applies to common area furniture: sofa/sectional and chair
Residents are not permitted to perform this cleaning themselves
